Awal februari 2013 lalu warga Garut

Awal februari 2013 lalu warga Garut, Jawa Barat dihebohkan dengan menyebarnya video mesum. Video tersebut diperankan oleh seorang siswi SMP di Garut dengan seorang tukang bangunan.

Bahkan video mesum yang beredar bukan satu tetapi tiga video, dengan durasi masing-masing berkisar 2 menit. Dari hasil penyelidikan polisi, pemeran video adalah siswi SMP berusia 15 tahun dan pemuda berusia 22 tahun. Keduanya sengaja merekam aksi mesum itu dengan menggunakan ponsel.
